Terms and Conditions

This is the website of IWRMP Ltd ("IWRMP", "we" or "us").

 

In accessing our website, using the information made available on our website, applying to enrol and enrolling in any of our programs or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

The information on this website about our programs and services and any written materials provided to you in the course of the provision of any services to you under our programs (the "Information") is the property of IWRMP.

1.              Confidentiality and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1           In consideration for your participation in our programs and accessing services under our programs, you agree that you will only use the Information you receive or access for the sole purpose of participating in any of our programs that you enrol in or to use any services provided to you under such programs and for no other purpose and you will not reproduce or distribute the Information in whole or in part without our prior written consent.

1.2           During the course of participating in any of our programs you may receive information which we consider to be confidential and proprietary to IWRMP and which will be identified as such to you ("Confidential Information"). You shall not disclose to any person the whole or any part of the Confidential Information nor use any part of the Confidential Information other than for the purposes for which it is disclosed to you and for no other purpose without our prior written consent.

1.3           Each party shall be entitled to disclose any Confidential Information received to the extent it is required to comply with statutory or legal obligations, provided that the party first gives notice to the other party and complies with any reasonable direction of the other party. This clause shall survive the termination of any mentoring relationship.

1.4           By participating in any of our programs you agree that you will not acquire any pecuniary or non-pecuniary rights or intellectual property rights in relation to information shared with you and opportunities developed or pursued by other participants to the program that you will engage with. 

1.5           While IWRMP takes reasonable steps in the application process to avoid any conflicts of interest, any prevailing conflict of interest between participants in our programs should be declared to IWRMP.

1.6           If you are participating as a mentee in any of our programs you consent to your personal information being provided to the independent mentor for the purposes of facilitating the program in which you participate.

2.              STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOUR

2.1           You shall at all times during your involvement in IWRMP's programs, maintain professional standards of behaviour.

2.2           Participation in our programs is based on professional relationships and any meetings with the other participants in relation to the programs should not take place in private homes.

3.              MENTORING RELATIONSHIP

3.1           Whilst best efforts are undertaken to match mentors and mentees based on the information you provide, we cannot guarantee that the resulting match will align with this information.

3.2           Mentors who participate in our programs are not entitled to receive any payment from the other participants or IWRMP.

3.3           Any participant who experiences any uncertainty or discomfort with the mentoring relationship should contact IWRMP.

3.4           During your involvement in our mentoring program, you are required to:

3.4.1        provide accurate information, including work experience and qualifications;

3.4.2        understand and accept the aims and limitations of the program;

3.4.3        provide feedback to enable us to evaluate and develop the program;

3.4.4        maintain the confidentiality of any information identified as such which is shared with the other participants taking part in the mentoring program;

3.4.5        report any potential conflicts of interest;

3.4.6        advise us immediately if a problem arises in your dealings with the other participants in the program;

3.4.7        advise us in writing if you do not wish to appear in videos or photos taken at events, workshops and other activities; and

3.4.8        ensure that your behaviour at all times reflects acceptable business practices.

4.              Restrictions and Limitations

4.1           You acknowledge and agree that neither IWRMP nor its associates are in any way responsible or liable for any conduct of the participants in the program that you may be assigned as part of IWRMP's services including any advice provided by them.  Mentors are not employees or agents of IWRMP.

4.2           You should independently consider all information or advice provided to you as part of participation in our programs, which should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting or other professional advice.  To the extent permitted by law we shall not be liable to any participants in our programs and services for any loss (whether direct, indirect or consequential) or damage suffered by any person relating to or in reliance on any information or advice or any act or commission in connection with participation in any of IWRMP's programs or services.

5.              Compliance

5.1           You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in participating in our services and programs, accessing the website and using the Information.

5.2           A participant may be suspended from further participation in IWRMP's programs and services if they are found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

6.              Governing Law

6.1           These Terms and Conditions and the associated rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and the courts of United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms and Conditions.  To the extent allowed by law, we may bring concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.

6.2           Without prejudice to the rights of any other person to enforce their rights under these Terms and Conditions, by enrolling in IWRMP's programs or services or using our website, you agree that IWRMP and its associated persons shall have the right to rely on the representations, warranties, undertakings and acknowledgments given by you through your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and shall be able to enforce, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the rights given to them pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

7.              GENERAL

7.1           These Terms and Conditionsdo not derogate from IWRMP's statutory and common law rights and are in addition to those rights, and not in substitution for them.

7.2           By clicking 'I Agree' upon submitting your application form, you indicate your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
